ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.Op.No.13555 of 2020, dated 02.09.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.Op.No.13555 of 2020 on 02.09.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on the first day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
