Respondents in all Crl.O.P's COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15767 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020, the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakkuthoon Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and in Crl.O.P.No.15789 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020, the petitioner shall stay at Virudhachalam and report before the Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15767 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020, the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakkuthoon Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and in Crl.O.P.No.15789 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020, the petitioner shall stay at Virudhachalam and report before the Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.15767 & 15789 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
