J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Under assail is the writ order dated 04.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.5480 of 2024.
2. The Writ Petitioner is the appellant. The Writ Petition has been instituted seeking a direction to return the original sale deed dated 10.06.2009 registered as Doc.No.1021/2009 on the file of the Joint Sub-Registrar, Gobichettipalyam based on the order dated 18.08.2017 made in CMA.No.3645 of 2013, wherein the CMA Court directed the Authorities to return the sale deed after complying with the Registration formalities, if any.
3. The writ Court considered the order passed by this Court in CMA.No.3645 of 2013 dated 18.08.2017. However, the writ Court has arrived at a conclusion that to execute the order passed in CMA, no Writ would lie. That apart, the Writ Petition has been filed after a lapse of about 7 years from the passing of the order in CMA.No.3645 of 2013. However, liberty was granted to the appellant herein to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.

4. This Court is of the considered view that the Writ Court has rightly rejected the relief and granted liberty to the appellant to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. The appellant is not entitled for any further relief.
5. However, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the review application No.232 of 2024 filed by the respondents was dismissed by the CMA Court on 04.07.2025.
