ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18104 of 2019 dated 18.11.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. Further, he would submit that the final report has been taken up and committed to the Court of Sessions and now pending trial on the file of the 16th Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in S.C.No.147 of 2020.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18104 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned 16th Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of one month and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned 16th Additional Sessions Judge, for trial.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
