ORDER

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents drew the attention of this Court to the compliance report dated 07.08.2025. He further submits that the respondents have already issued a Government Order vide G.O.No.(Ms.).No.41 Human Resources Management (G) Department dated 04.08.2025 whereby the orders of the Hon'ble Court in C.P.No.1825 of

2025, dated 21.07.2025 has been complied with by amending the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Appointment on Compassionate Grounds) Rules, 2023. 2.Learned Additional Advocate General further submits that a new Rule vide Rule 13-A has also been inserted in the Rules, with regard to the maintenance of State-Wide Seniority and the said Rule is yet to be made effective as the same needs to be made operational through Web portal. Hence, seeks four(4) weeks time to inform this Court about the further compliance of making the aforesaid Rules operational.
