ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m, imposed by this Court in Crl.Op.No.4917 of 2020, dated 09.03.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions from 20.09.2020 to till date. Hence, he vehemently opposed for granting relaxation to the petitioner.
4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition is dismissed for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
present with the direction to the petitioner to comply with the conditions regularly. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.4917 of 2020, dated 09.03.2020.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
