This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 4th and 5th respondent to issue a separate sub division patta after conducting survey in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in 368/3C, 365/3, 363/5 situated at Periyapatti Village, Udumalaipettai Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering petitioner's online application dated 8.1.2024, 15.4.2024, 16.4.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted online-applications on 8.1.2024, 15.4.2024, 16.4.2024 with a request for sub-division of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case and directs the fourth respondent to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 8.1.2024, 15.4.2024, 16.4.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance 2/4

with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
