ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to forthwith consider the claim of the petitioners herein for being absorbed in the regular time scale of pay to any eligible post, either Date Entry Operator or System Operator or System Assistant etc., and to consequently extend other benefits arising thereto.
2. Heard Ms.N.R.Jasmine Padma, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The attention of this Court was drawn to G.O.Ms.No.685 dated 05.10.2015. By virtue of the said Government Order, persons who were working as Programmer, Assistant Programmer, Senior System Officer, System Officers and System Assistants have been absorbed in regular time scale. The petitioners claim they are also similarly placed and hence the said benefit should be extended to them also.
4. So far as the petitioners are concerned, they are working in District Consumer Redressal Forum of the Districts. Since the Government has passed orders to govern similar such persons under the ambit of regular time scale by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.685 in respect of those persons who have been working in the High Court, the Government may consider to pass similar orders in respect of the petitioners also by taking into consideration of all attendant circumstances.
5. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed and the Government may consider to pass similar order in respect of the Page No.3 of 5
petitioners also by taking into consideration of all attendant circumstances. No costs.
