Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2422 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28271 of 2019 dated 01.11.2020 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month on the first day of the month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2422 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28271 of 2019 dated 01.11.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a month on the first day of every month at 10.30 A.M, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2422 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28271 of 2019 dated 01.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, on the first working day of January and February 2021 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
