2. C.M.P.No.19712 of 2021 in S.A.No.1538 of 2008 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant in the above appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.19713 of 2021 in S.A.No.1538 of 2008 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 4 to 7 herein as legal representatives and array them as appellants 4 to 7 in the above appeal.

4. Heard Mr.R.T.Doraisamy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Ramkumar, learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
