O R D E R

(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the order No.5989/PPA/Z(SB/S) 2024-25/1546 dated 10.06.2025 passed by the 1st respondent, by which it was proposed to demolish the unauthorized building of the petitioner on 18.06.2025 at 11.00am in compliance with the order of this Court.

2. Mr.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. Notice to R3 is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed against him. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by 2/4

the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order of demolition, she has preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent and the same may be directed to be disposed of in a time bound manner.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 stated that a reasonable time may be granted to the 1st respondent for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending with the 1st respondent, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 25.04.2025 of the petitioner, by giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, R3 and other parties concerned in accordance with law. Such an exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. J.NISHA BANU, J.
