Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS to direct the respondents herein to produce the bodies or persons of the petitioner wife and son the detenues by names Sharmela, Wife of Ramesh, aged about 20 years and R.Shayam son of V.Ramesh, aged about 1 year before this Court and set the detenues at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenues. He lodged a complaint on the file of the S-10, Pallikkarni Police Station, Chennai - 600 100 on 07.01.2016 alleging that he along along with his wife, mother and two children are residing in the address at No.23, Sengalaniamman Kovil Opposite, Narayanapuram, Pallikaranai, Chennai - 600 100 and he is working as a House Keeper in a private company. He further stated that on 02.01.2016, at about 4.30 pm, his wife left her mobile phone and went along with minor child Shayam and thereafter, she did not return to the house. wife and minor child. Hence, he lodged the above said complaint. On the basis of the said complaint a case in Crime No.102/2016 has been registered for "woman and child missing". 2.The petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition for production of the persons and bodies of his wife and minor child. In pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the detenues are produced before this Court. On enquiry, Sharmela/wife of the petitioner has stated that she had a quarrel with her husband and therefore, she left the matrimonial house and went to her parental house along with the minor child Shayam. She has further stated that now she is willing to join the company of her husband.
3.The petitioner/husband of the detenue Sharmela is also present before this Court and he has stated that he is willing to take his wife and minor child.
4.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
