ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.Op.No.17190 of 2020, dated 03.11.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.17190 of 2020, on 03.11.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
