The interim stay granted by this Court stands vacated and the suspension shall stands restored. The first respondent is directed to investigate as to the truthfulness of the claim of the petitioner herein and file a report before this Court on 04.01.2022 and in the meanwhile the petitioner shall be placed under suspension.
Post the matter on 04.01.2022.
