O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 24.05.2023 and pass orders.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is holding a Stage Carrier Permit for the route from Salem to Karur. The 4th respondent herein is also holding a stage carrier permit in respect of his vehicle bearing registration No.TN 88 F 3145 plying on the route Salem to Evur, via Rasipuram bus stand. It is further stated by the petitioner that the 4th respondent is not adhering to the timings and routes as specified in the permit. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner presented a representation dated 24.05.2023 to the 3rd respondent.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 2/4

24.05.2023 has not been considered on merits till date.

4. In view of the limited prayer made by the writ petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity to the 4th respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
