CR.NO.1622 OF 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Villupuram weekly every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.3168 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.485 of 2018 dated 05.03.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAJMOHAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3168 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.485 of 2018 dated 05.03.2018.

2. This court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3168 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.485 of 2018 dated 05.03.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
