This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8723 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8274 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
