This petition has been filed to declare the petitioner as the guardian and permanent custody of the minor child Anjana born on 15.09.2014.

The petitioner is the none other than the biological father of the minor for whom the guardianship and permanent custody is seeking and admittedly, the minor is with the custody of the petitioner. Hence, there is no cause of action arose for filing this petition. Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed.
