This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 08.03.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.291 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, III Additional District Court, Villupuram at Kallakurichi.
2.The contesting respondents namely the respondents 1 to 5 have been served with notice and they have been represented through counsel. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5 and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 35 days is condoned.
5.The name of the counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
