ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for a direction to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, to complete the proceedings pending in Company Appeal (AT)(CH) No.107 of 2023.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal before the Tribunal is pending since 2023 and the hearing of the case is being adjourned from time to time, even though the arguments of the counsels on both sides were concluded in November, 2025 and therefore, a direction is sought to direct the Tribunal to complete the proceedings within a specified period of time. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, we dispose of this writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the National Company Law Tribunal and on such an application being filed, the Tribunal shall pass orders on the same and conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. (SUSHRUT ARVIND DHARMADHIKARI, CJ.) (G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) 18.06.2026 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No sra
