This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 132 days in representing the criminal revision as against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.07.2024 passed by the Learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.No.182 of 2021, confirming the Judgment dated 02.11.2018, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.2 @ Magistrial Level, Coimbatore in C.C.No.525 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 132 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
