The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.79 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palacode to the file of the District Judge at Dharmapuri and tried jointly with O.S.No.159 of 2021.

2. Since the transfer is sought for within the same District, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri for redressal of their grievances.

3. With this liberty, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
