(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday in every month at 10.30A.M., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5933 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5673 of 2020 dated 01.10.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5933 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5673 of 2020 dated 01.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
