ORDER
Mr.V.P.R.Elamparithi, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned transfer order dated 19.05.2021 passed by the second respondent bearing reference Na.Ka.No.7232/E3/2021 on the ground that no reasons has been assigned in the aforesaid impugned transfer order.
3. It is noticed that the petitioner himself averred in the affidavit that the transfer is on account of irregularities noticed in the conduct of the petitioner inasmuch as the petitioner had allegedly offered to help one M/s.Shalini Doll Mill to purchase certain fire safety equipments even though the petitioner was not required to beyond his official calling.
4. Considering the same, there is no merits in this writ petition. The petitioner is directed to report duty in the transferred place within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The respondents are at liberty to initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings. That apart, the petitioner is also given liberty to send appropriate representation to the respondents to re-transfer him, if no disciplinary proceedings are proposed to be initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the complaint of the Proprietor of M/s.Shalini Doll Mill.
6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
No costs.
