C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions are filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue certificate as per Clause 7 of the Tender notification dated 09.01.2018 as called for by the 2nd respondent to the petitioner herein with an appropriate time enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender. 2.Heard Mr.R.Nalliappan, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S.T.S.Murthy, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents.

3.By consent of both sides, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal.

4.The grievance expressed by the petitioners are that, the respondents without considering their applications submitted for

issuance of Machinery certificate, proceeded with the opening of the Tender.

5.The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that, as per the earlier order of this Court, the petitioners are permitted to participate in the tender process without insisting production of safety tools and plant certificate and their applications are under scrutiny by the committee and if the petitioners are found eligible, their price bid would be taken up the consideration.

6.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, no further adjudication is required in these cases.
