O R D E R

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in an Application filed by the applicant under Section 34(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the Arbitral Tribunal was reconstituted and a fresh Arbitral Award has been passed on 23.02.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a copy of the fresh Award dated 23.02.2018.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the earlier Award dated 20.10.2009 is set aside and Original Petition is allowed.
