(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent as respondents 9 and 10. It is seen that the proposed parties have been served as early as on 04.02.2020.

No one has entered appearance on their behalf since service is complete and this petition has also been filed in time, this application is allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment. The learned counsel for the appellant will take steps for service of notice in the Appeal on the newly added parties returnable by 03.06.2024.
