The learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner submits that he is not pressing O.A. No.735 of 2021. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, O.A. No.735 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

2. The respondent has been duly served and her name has also been printed in the cause list today. Till date, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. Hence, the respondent is set ex-parte.

3. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording of evidence.
