This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10329 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10329 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
