2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that a report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram, in which the case was investigated and subsequently, the same was dropped.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, both Criminal Original Petitions were dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
