This Petition has been filed to amend the cause title by including Palaniyappan as the 5th respondent in MP.No.1 of 2014 in S.A.No.642 of 2006 and consequently amend the rank of the proposed respondents as 6 and 7 in MP.No.1 of 2014 in S.A.No.642 of 2006.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
