This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioners as appellants 6 to 8, who are legal representative of deceased 3rd appellant in the above appeal.

2. Mr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 3rd appellant died on 16.12.2020. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition. 3.Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel for respondents appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the above petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 3rd appellant is impleaded as appellants 6 to 8 in the above Appeal.
