The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.45 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif at Madhavaram.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.09.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said I.A.
3. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Madhavaram (FAC) has submitted a report stating that I.A.No.2 of 2023 is filed seeking for interim injunction along with O.S.No.45 of 2023. The respondent/defendant had filed I.A.No.1 of 2024 for rejection of plaint, which has been posted for enquiry on 27.09.2024. The report further states that both the applications are pending. The learned Judge prays for a direction may be given to dispose of the said I.A. within a reasonable time limit.
4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Madhavaram (FAC) to dispose of I.A.Nos.2 of 2023 & 1 of 2/4
2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
