(1) Original Registered Special Power of Attorney deed dated 16.07.2014 and registered as document No.31/2014 in the office of the SRO, Anna Salai executed by Mr.P.V. Karuppasamy Thevar to and in favour of S.K.Muthukumar (2) Original Registered Special Power of Attorney deed dated 16.07.2014 and registered as document No.32/2014 in the office of the SRO, Anna Salai executed by Mr.P.V. Karuppasamy Thevar to and in favour of S.K.Muthukumar as additional documents in common trial in Tr.C.S. No.89 of 2022.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is allowed.

5. At request, post the matter before the learned Master on 01.08.2023 for recording evidence and the learned Master shall complete the entire proceedings of recording within a period of two months.
