Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents here to mutate the revenue records in respect of the Petitioners Ryotwari lands measuring 4.46 acres comprised in Survey No.6/11, Seekalapalli Village, Immidinayaganapalli Tharappu, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in the name of the petitioners and others.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to be the successor in interest in respect of the agricultural lands admeasuring to an extent of 4.46 acres comprised in Survey No.6/11, Seekalapalli Village, Immidinayaganappli Tharappu, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and seeking mutation in the revenue records, petitioner along with their mother submitted representation dated 06.08.2013, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the third respondent praying for transfer/ inclusion of their names in the revenue records and consequentially, issue patta, chitta, adangal extract and FMB Sketch and despite very many personal representations and reminders, no orders have been passed and hence, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Thirumavalavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for the larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the application/ representation of the petitioners dated 06.08.2013 as well as the reminder dated 11.06.2014, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
