CMP.No.22048 of 2018, is filed by the respondent-defendant, Manthirikumar who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.241 of 2013. 2.

This petition has been filed pursuant to the direction passed by this Court vide order dated 13.06.2019. In this petition, it is prayed that the High Court registry to send the documents marked as Exs.A1, B1, B6 and B7 in O.S.No.484 of 2007 to the Magistrate Court, Cuddalore and pass suitable order. 3.

However, on perusing the Court record, this Court noticed that these documents which are mentioned in the application are not available in the registry of High Court. The lower Court has only forwarded the photocopy of the original duly certified. Therefore, liberty is given to the petitioner, Manthirikumar to file appropriate petition, if necessary, before the trial Court, in view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.15002 of 2019 dated 13.06.2019. 4.

Accordingly, CMP.No.22048 of 2019 in S.A.No.388 of 2015 is disposed of.
