When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.06.2023, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner reported that he had handed over the papers to the party and requested the Court to print the name of the party in the cause list.

2. Recording the said submission, this Court directed the registry to delete the name of the counsel and further directed the registry to issue notice to the petitioner. Perusal of the notice paper would suggest that notice sent to the sole petitioner was served on 27.10.2023. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 31.10.2023 on that day there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. Today the matter is listed by printing the name of the petitioner, even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
