The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)B of the NDPS Act in Crime No.1190 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Crl. O.P.No.17894 of 2016 filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail has been dismissed by this Court on 02.09.2016 and the petitioner has suppressed the said fact in this petition.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the fact of dismissal of his earlier anticipatory bail petition by this Court, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 30.09.2016 vrc
