2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint lodged by Asokan, petition enquiry was conducted in R.C.No.826/DCAN/CAMP/PG/17 and the same was closed on 10.01.2018. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
