The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to issue an interim injunction in the property situated at s survey No.969/2 situated at Coimbatore District, Coimbatore North Taluk, Gudalur Village.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim injunction.

Accordingly this interim injunction petition is dismissed.
