This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent / enquiry officer to furnish the copy of the proceedings of the enquiry and also permit either the petitioner or his counsel for cross examining the witnesses based on the representation dated 08.05.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement not pressing this writ petition as against the respondents, 1, 2 and 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the third respondent, seeking a copy of the enquiry report and also permission for cross examining the witnesses, vide his representation dated 08.05.2025 and the third respondent has not passed any order on the said application.
4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the third respondent will pass an appropriate order within a reasonable time.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2025 and pass order, on its own merit and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as against the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and as against the third respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
