The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have been complied with the condition imposed by this Court till date.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender Month, until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioners shall also attend during all hearing dates before the trial Court. If the reporting date before the respondent police, falls on a hearing date before the Court, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the next day.

3. This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above directions.
