ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register the Petitioner's complaint dated 21.08.2021 and to file FIR.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite a complaint dated 21.08.2021 disclosing the cognizable offences have been made, no action has been taken since the accused person having political background.

3.The Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, the petitioner was called for enquiry and she had participated in the enquiry and later, the case was closed as Mistake of Fact on 08.11.2021. The closure report had been sent by speed post to the petitioner on the same day.

4.The counsel for the petitioner submits that the said report has not been received by the petitioner. 5.In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to collect the closure report from the respondent police. The respondent police to verify from the postal tracking to find out whether the closure report has been received by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner. If the petitioner, on receipt of the closure report, has got any objection to the same to be agitated in the manner known to law.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
