The petitioner, who ws arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.03.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 464, 465, 467, 468, 420 read with 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.482 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner has been detained under Goondas Act. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
