2. Mr.M.Raja, learned counsel would submit that he filed vakalat for respondents 6 to 8 before the Registry.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 8.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in support of these petitions, C.M.P.Nos.16827, 16830 and 16835 of 2024 are allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the first appeal for final disposal on 23.09.2025.
