All these petitions have been filed consequent to the death of the first and second petitioners and second respondent in the revision petition. These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the application to set aside the abatement and to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives as stated in the petitions. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition with respect to the delay in filing these applications, it had been stated that owing to Covid - 19 lockdown, the death of the first and second petitioners and second respondents was not immediately informed to enable them to file the applications.
