The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 & 109 of IPC in Crime No.24 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner has been detained under Goondas Act. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
