There is a delay of 351 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(NPD).SR.No.9521 of 2015.
2.The petitioner has explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
3.Since the delay is on the higher side, in the interest of justice, I am of the view that the same can be condoned on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay of 351 days in re-presenting is condoned on condition that the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.750/- (Rupees seven hundred and fifty only) to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, it is made clear that the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4.The petition is ordered.
