This petition is filed to vacate the interim stay granted on condition in W.M.P.No.35347/2018 in W.P.No.30291 of 2018 on 19.11.2018. 2.On 19.11.2018, this Court had granted interim stay on condition of deposit of a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of I.A.No.576/2016 on the file of the Labour Court, Salem within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court. This Court further made it clear that if the conditional order was not complied with within the stipulated time fixed by this Court, the interim stay granted by this Court would stand automatically vacated, without any further reference to this Court.
