This writ miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 17 B of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 by the petitioner against the respondent management on the ground that inspite of the orders dated 30.11.2015 passed in I.D.No.61 of 2015, the petitioner management therein has not reinstated the respondent workman therein and he has also not been employed gainfully.

Heard both sides and perused the records and as seen from the affidavit of this petition, it is clear that the petitioner herein is not gainfully employed elsewhere .

In view of the above, the writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the respondent management is directed to pay the last drawn pay to the petitioner workman from the date of filing of this writ petition and Dr.D.NAGARJUN,J.

W.M.P.No.22599 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
